My stay at this resort was far from ideal. The check-in process was chaotic and left us stranded for hours, and the unit didn’t have the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. While the unit was clean and spacious, it lacked basic kitchen supplies and proper communication from management. Overall, it didn’t feel like a well-managed resort experience, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located near Disney, with exceptional staff providing great service. However, the property is in dire need of upgrades, as the rooms have a musty smell and pest issues. While the master bedroom had a spacious shower and the kitchen was functional, overall cleanliness was a concern. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by outdated facilities and unwelcoming interactions with some staff members.

This resort has potential, but my stay was marred by numerous issues. While the grounds were somewhat attractive, the room's amenities and service left a lot to be desired. The lack of basic features and maintenance problems significantly impacted my experience, making this place not ideal for a relaxing getaway.
